Terms of Service

These are the terms that you will agree to when commissioning me for art or owning one of my designs. By commissioning me or purchasing a design of mine, you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. If there is anything you don't understand and/or need further explanation and clarification for - please do not hesitate to reach out, I will be happy to help! <3

General Terms

- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason- Payment will be sent to me after the commission is finished, however I will not share the final piece until I have received payment. I will let you know when I finished so you know when to send payment- I only accept payment through PayPal's "goods and services" option- As the artist, I retain rights to all of my artwork. This means I retain rights to publish to my social medias for portfolio and advertising purposes- No one is permitted to alter or edit my artwork in any way (except for my adopts, read 'design terms' for more info)- Commissioned art may only be used for personal purposes. Commercial use is prohibited and not available for purchase at the moment either- Please credit my art if you are to repost it anywhere. If I or the owner of a commissioned artwork asks you to remove a post, please do so. Do not claim any of my characters as your own- I do not work with deadlines. I should take 2 months at absolute most, I usually finish much faster, but again I cannot guarantee anything. Please only commission me if you are okay with potentially waiting a bit for your art- Do NOT use my art as an NFT or feed it into any kind of AI generating software. Commissioned art owners do not have the right to do this either with my artwork

Design Terms

- You may use my designs to profit, however please consider only doing so in emergency situations. You must also be upfront and transparent about it with any potential buyers if you are to profit by including what the worth technically is and how much you will be profiting- You may alter the design as long as it does not become completely unrecognizable from the original. I must still be credited as the original designer- You may alter the original artwork to fit any design changes as well (I must still be credited in the image), however you may not delete the original artwork file, but you may hide it from public view if desired- You may create "siblings" or "kids" from my designs for the purpose of reselling them, but make sure the designs are still unique and not just essentially a copy and paste. Make sure any other designers that may be involved are okay with this as well

Refund Policy

Refunds may not be given since I don't require payment until after the commission is done. Please keep this in mind and make sure you are 100% happy with your commission before you accept it and send payment- I will not send any art or character rights until a payment is confirmed in order to prevent any kind of false payments or chargebacks. This may take a bit depending on how long the app takes, I apologize in advance for any circumstances like this that may come up
